The Scoop on Luxury Condos right on the Beach 

There are a handful of relatively newer luxury oceanfront condominium in Daytona Beach Shores, FL. They are Ocean Vistas, Ocean Villas, Bella Vista, Palma Bella, Marbella, and Palmas De Mallorca. On the west side of A1A is Oceans Grand and on the Intracoastal is MG on The Halifax worthy of mention.  Due to strict building codes in Daytona Beach Shores, all the oceanfront condominiums are mid rise buildings up to 12 stories high.  These wonderful properties are mostly boutique style buildings. These small intimate buildings offer very large luxury living spaces providing a lucky few owners a spacious oceanfront home in a condominium setting.

None of the luxury oceanfront condos built in 2007 have any developer units left, but I can still get some deals for serious buyers. Price performance along The World's Most Famous Beach, have consistently been beneficial to buyers of luxury condo units on the resale market.
